What Happens Next

We read every message personally — there is no automated triage routing your enquiry to a queue. If you included details about your broker and strategy count, we will come back with a specific response rather than a generic acknowledgment. If we need clarification before we can give you a useful answer, we will ask one or two focused questions. Expect a reply by email within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you submitted on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, you will hear from us by end of Monday.
